Chessell Pottery Barns, winner of Green Island Business Awards 2006, lies in the heart of beautiful National Trust land on the unspoilt west side of the Island. Visit us for an enjoyable day out -  

  • Decorate your own pottery in our working studio
  • Stay for a delicious light lunch or tea in our peaceful Courtyard Cafe
  • Browse our beautiful, well stocked Gift Barn 
  • Come and see our new Chamomile Seat under the Willow Tree and the Willow House also made from local Willow for the children to play in. The willow structures have been made for us by talented local 'willow man' and experienced gardener, Richard Bolwell.

Our Gift Barn has the largest range of Emma Bridgewater Pottery on the Island, plus Port Meirion Pottery, Crabtree & Evelyn gifts, Isle of Wight Lavender, locally made Island pottery, toys, cards a NEW Make & Do area and lots, lots more! 

Our Courtyard Cafe serves delicious light lunches - home made soup, pasties and salads and the unbeatable Chessell Cream Tea with home made scones and real clotted cream from local farm Calbourne Classics just up the road.
